Job Description:

- Installing operating system.

- Troubleshooting day to day problems of Users related to OS (Win Xp Professional), Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel).

- Maintenance of PC's up gradation and installation etc.

- Creation & Management of various User Accounts and Groups.

- Should have experience in laptop troubleshooting

Mandatory skills required:

- Good knowledge in troubleshooting.

- Matured to be able to handle & solve the queries practically at client's place.
