1. Handling Trouble Ticket and work order for Site Infrastructure
and Dark Fiber.
2. Redirect TTs to appropriate teams or resources.
3. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
✅Education Requirement :
BE (EC/CS/IT)
✅Experience Requirement :
2 - 8 Years
✅Skills & Competencies :
Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the
agreed SLA. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per
