Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talents in the tech industry - a technical expert within the Salesforce platform who will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.
What you will do:
• Take ownership of Salesforce development and support, including the Production Issues, Security Model, data migrations, data quality and customization.
• Develop and support customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
• Engage with Customer Support, Engineering, Professional Services, and other teams to develop solutions and resolve issues
• Provide system administration support of the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow etc.
• Collaborating, communicating, and translating business requirements with the Technical Team and Project Manager to build technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical application support issues for internal teams.
• Adopt best practices including application deployment, integration and testing (unit and systems).
• Work with global teams to facilitate quick responses meeting critical deadlines and mission goals successfully.
• Identify and implement long-term improvement opportunities to enhance user experience and application performance.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce
• Deep and practical Knowledge of Salesforce: Apex Programming, Configuration, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and presenting to a non-technical audience and project stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator and developer.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to work with Cross-organizational teams to gather requirements for small to medium-sized projects.
• Experience in designing solutions with maximum usability with minimizing code complexity.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to pick new challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work across platforms/applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
• Platform App Builder (Preferably), Salesforce certified PD1(great to have), PD2(nice to have)
