-Assistant Manager (QA) should be an AME B1 / B2 engineer with a total experience of 2 years or a personnel having worked in Quality for at least 1 year and a total experience of at-least two years having comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and practices:
●Assist in preparation of yearly Audit Plan.
●Assist in preparation of Checklists.
●Assist in preparation of Audit / Surveillance reports.
●Timely intimation of audit report to all concerned for necessary action.
●Follow up from all departments for timely compliance on the findings / recommendations contained in Audits, Inspections, Surveillance etc.
●Maintenance of records of all audits including E-IOSA, inspections, surveillance etc. carried out.
●Conduct regular Ramp / Apron, load and trim, Engineering, Preflight medical, Cargo, Security, FDTL surveillance, MEL Compliance / Inspections / Audits etc.
●Function as a member of the safety audit team whenever detailed.
●Assist in various meetings conducted by Flight safety, record minutes of meetings and maintain related records of such meetings
●Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief / Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety
●Experience in SMS is desirable.
