Job Description:
#Role:
-Indifi is looking to hire talent for our business development team from consulting background. We are looking for innovative, initiative-driven people with an appetite for challenges, bias towards action and a willingness to take responsibility beyond their years of experience. The role involves identifying customer needs in different MSME segments, designing relevant credit products, developing strategic alliances, refining product and go-to-market fit, and scaling up the business.
#Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end high impact strategic alliances with leading corporates in new MSME segments (pharma, logistics, building material, etc.)
-Evaluate market landscape across industries to identify prospective industry and channel partnerships
-Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong personal relationships with potential partners
-Work closely with product and marketing teams and share market insights to create and deliver new products for customers
-Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by building avenues for upselling/cross-selling etc.
-Responsible for account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership
-Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of expertise and be ready to innovate as well as take on additional initiatives/responsibilities as they emerge
-Manage end-to-end partner relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and growth monitoring
Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
-Desired Skills and Experience:
-At least 2-5 years’ prior experience in consulting/ consulting-oriented business development; MSME or credit background is a good to have
-Bias toward problem-solving and delivery of outcomes
