Job Description:
Role
Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve defined sales targets
Identifying and Pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned area
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members within the area
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management
Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers
Strict adherence to compliance protocols of the organization, including but not limited to reporting adverse events.
Requirements:
Desired Qualifications – MBA- General Management / Marketing, Sales Business Management with 5+ years of experience of working in FMCG / Pharma, It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar role.
