About the role :
- Regional Finance Lead who partners with Sales and Other Functions while ensuring commercial Hygiene and Process Adherence. Reporting to National Sales Finance Lead
Key responsibilities :
- Distributor Life Cycle Management which encompasses Onboarding, ROI Management, Timely closure of Full & Final Settlement for exiting Distributors
- Credit Management, Credit Evaluation, Bouncing & Accounts Receivable Management, Overdue Analytics, Order Management, Review of Bouncing Cases and Recommendation, Facilitation of Legal Cases
- Trade Scheme Management, Claims Management, Claims Processing, Spends Effectiveness, ROI Analysis of Claims, NOC Closures, Driving Damage & Expiry return process Governance
- Commercial Hygiene, Distributor Infrastructure Scorecard, Market Audits, Internal Audit Requirements, SOX Controls, Channel Partner Engagement. Systems Understanding - SAP, Distributor Management Systems, BI, etc.
- Effective Business Partnering to Sales, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Regional Leadership, Central Teams (Supply Chain Finance, P2P Teams, Taxation Teams), Partnering Trade Marketing Team on Scheme Designing & Approval mechanism. Driving Functional Priorities with Regional Leadership Team
- Vertical Lead for Key Channels - Modern Trade, E-Commerce, Alternate Channel. Lead for Pan India Multiple Projects
