Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Ruby on Rails
Participate and contribute to the System design meetings
Own key technology decisions and implementations
Review and manage work of junior team members
Take ownership of the work assigned to you and your team.
What do we value (Required Skills)
In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience in development using Docker containers
Nice to have experience with UX/UI design
Nice to have experience with deploying production-grade systems on DigitalOcean, and Amazon Web Services.
Nice to have concept or working experience with Node.Js, React.Js, TimescaleDb, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
Regarding Personality, you should be
Able to participate in planning, estimation, and implementation work
Able to adapt to the company's working methods and coding conventions
Able to produce and maintain documentation of your work
Ability to test and verify your work
Able to adapt (agile) development methodologies and tools (ex. JIRA, Git)
