Job Description:
Responsibilities
Prepare and send out invoice, bills
Prepare, compile, and mail bills for products paid for by clients
Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
Respond to billing questions from both local and international customers
Perform daily financial transactions which includes posting, verifying, and recording accounts receivable data
Verify discrepancies by clients, and resolve their billing issues
Help with ad-hoc projects when assigned
Understanding of creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure
Shift: UK-US Shift
Skill Required
Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written (I-Speak -6+)
Good Excel and typing skills
Eye for detail and quick response time
Relevant work experience
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
I-Speak -6+
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communications and writing skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
