Required Qualifications
Hands on experience in HMC/TMC & 5 Axis machine.
Operating Knowledge on mazatrol and 840D control systems.
Hands on experience in Mazak and DMG mori machine centers.
Knowledge in mill and turn tool assembly.
Excellent drawing reading abilities
Expertise in GD&T
Interpretation skills of CMM reports and program correction
Expertise in SET changeovers with hands on experience in WPC calculations.
Experience in setting and using of bore gauges and gauge masters Experience in reading and interpretation of QDAS reports and rum charts
