Job Description:
✅Responsibilities
‣You will be working closely with the sales team and the Business Development ‣Managers to directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth
‣Quoting orders/driving the profit margins on orders placed by Campus Managers
‣Acquiring suitable products tailored to requirements
‣Working on logistics for Campaign launches
‣Checking on timelines with Campus Managers
‣Checking Stock for Campus Managers
‣Communicating with Vendors/Campus Managers/Sales Team to resolve issues
‣Sourcing new Products/Suppliers and creating wholesale accounts with new vendors
‣Answering logistical questions for Campus Managers, printers, and wholesalers
✅Must have skills
‣Excellent verbal and written English skills
‣Clear communication
‣Ability to work under pressure
‣Multi-task and balance multiple priorities
✅Good to have
‣Excel proficiency
‣1+ years of work experience in customer service/relevant fields preferred

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
You will join the Operations team which handles a very crucial part of the business and is responsible for ensuring that the right product is delivered to our customers. We worked on 10,000+ orders last year with a direct impact on our revenue.
