Job Description:
#The Purpose of This Role
-Associates are expected to work on validating the required transactions / complaint as per the internal revenue code (IRC) guidelines and prepare year end financials.
#The Value You Deliver
-Reconcile and publish the accurate plan year-end financials
-Validate data submitted by the client and perform Non-Discrimination Testing
-Reconcile the prior record keeper data to prepare the Form 5500 conversion reconciliation worksheet
-Analyse exception processing by using established measures to ensure accurate and standardized results and control associated risks
-Fix and assist in resolution of complex exception processing
-Flexible to work in India day shift/night shifts/ weekend based on business requirement.
#The Skills that are Key to this role
-Requires in depth knowledge of defined contribution (DC) including plan year financials, Form 5500 and Non-Discrimination testing
-Good knowledge on reconciliation concepts
-Proven technical proficiency on working with multiple systems and applications
-Ability to follow through on multiple project work and call out issues appropriately
-Should be proficient in MS Excel

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-Prior experience in Defined contribution domain would be an added advantage
-1-2 years of experience
