Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Market Research – to help in identifying what the competitors are offering to the clients and in developing a product/service that is both cost effective, user friendly and with more features as compared to the competitive product/service.
Recommending Changes/Upgrades, in the existing framework of product or service development and delivery. This is important to keep the customers satisfied as any delay in product delivery may either cause dissatisfaction to the existing / potential customers and they may opt for other vendors.
Creating User Stories for the functional enhancements that suites the agile methods.
Managing Jira Board to set proper priorities for the scrum team and grooming the Dev and QA team if needed to get the task completed in the stipulated time/ sprint.
Be an active member in Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience required is 0 to 12 months
Good to have knowledge/experience with Supply chain and retail Business processes.
Amazing problem-solving skills.
Postgraduate / PGP degree - MBA (Operations and supply chain preferred) with B.Tech backround
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
Retail and distribution work experience.
