Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Specialist to join our fast-paced and collaborative sales team.
Managing leads through the sales pipeline by following up on leads and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
The SDR will be responsible for initiating engagement with potential customers and create opportunities for our sales executives. As an Enterprise sales specialist, you will be the face of our brand and an essential driver of our growth and success.
· Developing a strong understanding of the product and demonstrating expertise in solving customer problems
· Establishing long-term relationships with clients to build trust and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
· Creating proposals that outline pricing models, implementation strategies, and other details pertaining to client projects
· Conducting market research and generating new sales leads
· Developing sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings
· Following up with clients after initial meetings to ensure satisfaction with services and sales results
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, challenges, and business needs. Assess their fit for our solutions and qualify leads for further engagement.
Value Proposition: Effectively communicate our value proposition, unique selling points, and benefits to potential customers. Tailor messaging to resonate with decision-makers, showcasing how our solutions can address their specific pain points.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including C-level executives and department heads, to establish trust and credibility for our brand.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine our sales strategy.
Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and prospecting activities in our CRM system. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and outreach metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Master's/ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
· 4- 5 years minimum experience in Sales, preferably within the Enterprise Tech/ SaaS or B2B space
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with decision-makers
· High level of self-motivation, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment and adapt to changing priorities
