Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the customer journey - Both Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty completely
- Work on complete funnel optimisation - Top to bottom of the funnel
- Devise strategies to garner traffic with SEO, Taboola/Outbrain
- Work on solving for new avenues of monetisation for the company
- Work with Performance Marketing agencies to implement funnel optimisation and improve the key metrics of CAC, ROAS and Conversion%
- Work with internal stakeholders to move the metrics
- Work with the brand team to understand the personas and all means to engage with them
Understanding of tools:
- Deep rooted understanding of all formats of campaigns on Google and Facebook - Smart Shopping, Discovery, Display and catalog campaigns
- Strong understanding of building multiple audience types - Custom Intent, Affinity on Google and Multiple audiences on Facebook and Instagram
- Understanding of Clevertap, Moengage and other user retention tools
- Understanding of Hotjar/heat map tools and be able to draw insights thereon
