Job Description:
CloudThat is looking for self-starting, innovative and ambitious recent graduates who are passionate about the HR field and would like to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Recruitment leads, HR Director and Business Heads. You will join a team that is obsessive about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do! 1. Sourcing the right candidates from different job portals and social media
2. Connect daily with the candidates for closing the open requirements, explain to them about the job role and the company profile
3. Scheduling interviews through our ATS system on daily basis & check the interviewer's feedback
4. Maintaining the HR Report on a daily basis
5. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
6. A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent
7. Connecting and working on offer Letter/appointment letter
8. Understanding Attrition management
9. Work on Employee Engagement Activities
10. Understanding and working on onboarding/ induction
11. Collating incentives/bonuses for payroll
