Job Description:
Distribution Account Manager drives the Distribution Motion, builds on strategy around helping develop B2B strategy for maximising Tier 2 reseller partner reach and build Cisco architecture platforms to grow bookings & revenue.
Work with distributor to deliver Cisco Solutions and build a 2 Tier partner network that help them increase market reach and grow bookings and revenue
Drive Service & Offer Creation, Sales enablement and service acceleration. Align offers to prioritize market segments that drive growth and value for Cisco & Partner.
Demonstrate Distributor Development & Investment Program to increase capacity and growth. Develop technology practices, drive adoption of new technologies. Incubate, Accelerate & Scale.
Build a GTM plan with the distributor for each segment & architecture and create pipeline and forecast management as per the defined metrics.
Should have the ability to coordinate and collaborate with Cisco segment AM’s and SE’s for driving the and increase wallet share in respective patch.
Developing a deeper understanding of the market and partner programs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior executives and business decision makers and have ability to influence them.
