Job Description:
1. Interviewing prospective candidates to find the perfect match for a company's long-term
goals.
2. Plan strategies for improving the candidate's experience
3. Suggest measures for improving employee retention
4. Creating of profiles and administrating the recruitment process;
5. Conducting tests and interviews
6. Negotiating with candidates
7. Participate in the creation and execution of all HR policies and processes
8. Sourcing and screen candidates through various job portals
9. Plan interviews and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in person
interviews
10. Coordinating and conducting walk-in interview drives
11. Preparing offer letter
12. Maintaining a complete MIS
13. Completing joining formalities
