Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs and executes the operational, project and technical support requests logged within the Service Desk system.
Provide technical assistance to end-user devices and applications. Troubleshoot, resolve, track, escalate and accurately document/audit hardware, software, and technical issues
Responsible for the full onboarding/offboarding process of end-users from account creation/termination to device procurement/deactivation.
Set up and configures appropriate hardware and software for new team members. Oversee the daily operations of end user services systems
Engage and collaborate with team members in a distributed (global) labor force to address IT issues and requests
Manage and coordinate service desk tickets through proper categorization and queuing of requests
Responsible for the lifecycle management and patching of end user devices and applications
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all assigned activities
Maintains and verifies daily assignments and workloads
Works with end user device vendors for warranty replacement/repair and ordering of equipment
Triage / Diagnose general software questions
Triage / Diagnose network connectivity issues
Triage / Diagnose general laptop, printer, and copier issues
Maintain technology asset inventory of software licenses and hardware
Stays abreast and up to date on all relevant Clinipace SOP’s
Assist with other technology-related initiatives, as needed
