● Travelling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis
● Attrition management ,employee grievance and query management
● Implementing the employee engagement plan
● Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies
Candidate Profile
Specifically, the candidate should have:
● MBA/PGDM (2018-2020) from Tier-2/3 B-School in HR or equivalent field
● Excellent people management and communication skills
● Smart and confident.
