Job Description:
Build the business from the ground up in your city
Build and groom a stellar and high performing team
Experiment with multiple ideas to formulate the growth strategy that works for your city
Plan assortment and merchandising at a hyper local level within the city, and ensure it is accessible and available
Closely work with the product and technology team in building features that enhance consumer experience
Own the P&L and lead all aspects of result driven execution across everything like supply chain, operations and real estate
Qualifications
MBA with relevant experience, in a consumer tech startup preferable
Experience running P&L of a city or business unit
Experience in Product, Marketing, Supply Chain Operations preferable
Significant time spent in the city you are applying for, major plus
