Job Description:
Better Works HR is looking for Social Media Manager for a digital agency:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and undertake online collaboration activities that will boost sales and increase number of online shoppers
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
Community management and growth on social media
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirement:
Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
2-4 years of social media management experience
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Flexible and engaging writing style.
Analytical mindset, critical thinking, excellent
communication skills.
