Job Description:
Responsibilities
1.Study documents related to the assignment and prepare a detailed research methodologies
2.Conduct literature review based on the methodology
3.Conduct stakeholder mapping
4.Prepare a detailed questionnaire survey to be sent to organizations for data collection
5.Prepare interview questionnaire based on the survey
6.Collate all data from the survey and interviews
7.Conduct any other tasks for the assignment as assigned by Lead Consultant
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Sciences or relevant.
Must have knowledge of Health Systems, and Global Public Health.
Understanding of Learning & Development systems would be an added advantage.
Research Skills: Ability to undertake comprehensive research, collate materials and write effective summaries – Original Writing is required. Should have experience in primary research, to be able to develop surveys and questionnaires for interview.
Writing skills: Excellent ability to write reports in English in a concise and effective manner and to pay attention to details when proof-reading documents.
Analytical skills: Ability to extract important information from various sources and organise them in a clear manner.
Personal behaviours: Willingness to contribute to a team effort and support when needed.
