Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
DAC MIS-
1. Managing E&C trackers on-
• Cases closed under DAC
• Cases reported to DAC & recommended to close under compliance unit
• Cases reported to DAC & closed under unfounded/HRP counselling (Not under DAC)
• DAC inputs with HRP (For review/ international travel/IJP auto promotion)
2. DAC inputs sharing with internal HR functions.
• IJP/Auto promotion
• DAC Clearance on exit employees (F&F Hold)
• DAC recovery inputs
• Payroll (fortnightly salary/ advance salary/ PMS/ sanity check)
• DAC inputs with HR operation for rehire checks
• DAC inputs with talent acquisition team on rehire cases
• Monthly DAC inputs with HR central for MIS
3. Support to legal/RCU
• Sharing employee demographics details with legal on receipt of notices
Data Analysis
1. Case categories & employee involved in case
2. Vintage of employee at the time of final action date
3. Band wise analysis on case categories
4. Business Group & department wise incidents
5. DAC stage wise time consumption on a DAC case (TAT)
6. E&C team member wise TAT stage wise
7. Location wise analysis on DAC cases
