Designation – Area Service Executive
Base Location: Kolkata
Responsible for Entire :Kolkata (East Zone)
Reporting : Service Head --EAST
Exp – 2 – 10 years
Role & Responsibility:
1. Maximizing Service Reach in the Area
2. Complaint Resolution (80% in 48 Hours)
3. Channel Partner Visit
4. Spare Parts Planning, Availability at all ASPs
5. Product Performance based on complaints, Failure Trend
6. New Product Training to all the ASPs
7. CRM Training to all the ASPs
8. Defective Settlements at ASPs and Channel Partners
9. Regular Audit of ASPs
10. Performance Reviews with ASPs
11. Availability of Certificates, Boards, Tags at ASPs
12. Preparing Monthly MIS & sharing with all the stakeholders •
