-Performs QC as per guidelines and provide the constructive feedback to the team.
-Update the guidelines, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training session to the team on regular time interval to improve team quality.
-Provide support to the drafting team members for the queries and resolution by giving solution internally or after having discussion with the customer.
-Take ownership, set the priorities, support daily deliverables, and deliver quality product to the customer.
-Should be able to support Technical POC as per requirements
-Onboard other QC members on single platforms and support to build new QC.
