POS & Desktop Management/Troubleshooting and Hardware Troubleshooting. Windows Operating system installation/troubleshooting. Microsoft and other application installation & troubleshooting. Mail server/ Client Installation/ Troubleshooting.
Local network management. Installation/troubleshooting of network points. Installation of networking equipment's like switches, routers and firewalls.
Peripherals Management of Other peripherals installation/troubleshooting.
Vendor Management.
Attending call received from customer as well as helpdesk
Preventive maintenance of the machines as per the SLA agreement.
Follow the SLA provided.
Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix.
