Job Brief:
We are currently looking to hire an Operations Head passionate to learn and take up challenges. This is a very unique role as the team member could be managing campaigns of a leading Automobile Manufacturer, an FMCG major, a Telecom Giant and a Banking Leader, all at the same time. The role requires the team member to create processes and ensure the smooth running of our customer call center, helpdesk and various other operational aspects. We want a team member who likes to take charge and is particular about creating and following
processes. This is a management role and involves team management, growth and strategic decision
making.
Responsibilities
● Leading and managing the 4MM Customer Call Center and Help desk
● Managing procurement, contracts and Vendor relationships.
● Meeting all metrics associated with this role.
● Implementing effective processes and standards.
● Ensuring meeting of customer satisfaction standards.
● Overseeing compliance with regulations.
Qualification & Skills:
● Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
● Previous experience of having done an Operations role.
● Ability to work independently & Manage a team
● Problem Solver
● Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
● A strategic thinker.
