Job Description:
What will you do?
Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients (in the real estate and infrastructure space).
Onboarding the customer across multiple products, solutions, etc.
Ensuring to drive to hearty-lengthy business discussion with a potential customer, and creating a rapport to drive sales across all products
Understanding business models, business performance, and future opportunities of the potential customers.
Taking care of hardcore negotiations to get the deals closed
Would be responsible for handling his/her own and team's P&L and driving it across necessary metrics to create a successful portfolio
Increasing customer base across strategic and opportunistic locations
