Selection process :

• The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the details mentioned in the application form.

• The selection will be done on the basis of weightage given to  minimum marks obtained in the qualification, desired qualification and  work experience. The candidates who have experience in Mining,  Metallurgical, Chemical, Power, Manufacturing/Production sectors will  have additional weightage.

• For the posts belonging to E02/E03/E04/E05 grade, selection will be  done through Group Discussion (75%) and Personal Interview (25%).

• For the posts belonging to E06/E07/E08 grade, selection will be done through a Personal Interview only.

• The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in  group discussion and/or personal interview, organizational requirements  and vacancies to be operated.

• The shortlisted candidates must prove Medical Fitness conducted by the concerned authority of NALCO
