Education Qualification :

Block Resource Person at BRC :-

a) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 45% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B,Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regards

b) Essential Qualification : The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Central Government OR other State Govt. in the respective subject in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for purpose.

EGCE Resource Person at BRC :- 

a) Graduate from recognized University with at least 50% marks. AND Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/pre- School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than one years, or B.Ed. (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.

b) Desirable : Minimum 2 years' experience in the field of ECCE/Pre-school.

Resource Person for CWSN at BRG :- 

a) Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) or its equivalent from a RCI recognised institute and must be registered with RCl.

b) Desirable : Minimum 2 years'experience in related field

Special Educator (Elementary) :- 

a) Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) in respective category or its equivalent from a RCI recognised institute and must be registered with RCl.

b) Desirable : Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.

Special Educator (Secondary) :-

a) Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) in respective category or its equivalent from a RCI recognised institute and must be registered with RCl.

b) Desirable : Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.

ECCE Coordinator at UTLevel :-

a) Post-graduate in Child Development/Sociology / Psychology or PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Development from recognised university/lnstitution. AND Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi is essential.

b) Desirable : Minimum 2 years'experience in related field.

Age Limit :

• Block Resource Person at BRC :- Not exceeding 35 years

• EGCE Resource Person at BRC :- Not exceeding 35 years

• Resource Person for CWSN at BRG :- Not exceeding 35 years

• Special Educator (Elementary) :- Not exceeding 30 years

• Special Educator (Secondary) :- Not exceeding 30 years

• ECCE Coordinator at UTLevel :- Not exceeding 35 years

Pay Scale :

• Resource Person at BRC :- Rs.31,400/-

• ECCE Resource Person at BRC :- Rs. 31 ,400/-

• Resource Person for CWSN at BRC :- Rs. 31 ,400/-

• Special Educator (Elementary) - Visual lmpairment at District Level :- Rs. 26,000/-

• Special Educator (Elementary) - Hearing lmpairment at District Level :-Rs. 26,000/-

• Special Educator (Secondary) - Mental Retardation at District Level :-Rs. 27,000/-

• ECCE Coordinator at UTLevel :- Rs 32,000/-
