• Hospital Attendant, Sanitary Attendant :- 10th

• Psychiatrist :- Post Graduation, MBBS/ MD/ DNB Psychiatry/ DPN

• GNM :- GNM

• Medical Officer :- MBBS

• NTEP Lab Technician/ Sputum Smear Microscopist :- 12th, DMLT

• Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor :- Graduation with 50% Marks

• Senior Treatment Supervisor :- Degree with 50%Marks, Two Wheeler Driving License

• Senior Medical Officer :- MBBS

• Staff Nurse :- GNM

• Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring :- MBBS Dental/ Ayush/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduation with Masters in Hospital Administration

• FRU :- MBBS

• Attendant :- 12th

Age Limit :
