Indian Coast Guard Job Openings 2022 – Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit, Application Fee
Educational Qualification

1. Engine Driver Matriculation pass and Certificate of competency as Engine DriverDesirable Experience: Two years of experience.
2. Sarang Lascar Matriculation pass and Certificate of competency as Sarang.
Desirable Experience: Two years of experience.
3. Fire Engine Driver Matriculation pass.
Possessing a heavy vehicle driving license with three years of experience in driving heavy vehicles in any private or Government Organisation/ Institute.
4. Civilian Motor Transport Driver 10th standard pass.
Must possess a valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).
Experience: Should have at least two years of experience in driving motor vehicles.
5. Electrician/ Electrical Fitter (Skilled) Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/ reputed workshop in the relevant trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme (OR)
Should have completed a training course in the relevant trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience (OR)
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.
6. Mechanical Fitter (Skilled) Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/ reputed workshop in the relevant trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme (OR)
Should have completed a training course in the relevant trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience (OR)
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.

12. MTS (Peon) Matriculation or equivalent.Experience: Two years of experience as an office attendant.
13. Unskilled Labourer Matriculation or equivalent or ITI.Experience: Three years of experience in the trade.
14. MTS (Mali) Matriculation or equivalent.Experience: Three years of experience as Mali in any nurse or organization.
Age Limit
According to the Indian Coast Guard notice, the applicants should not exceed the age limit between 18 to 30 years. Kindly refer to the official notification to know the post-wise age limit.
Salary
As per the Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022 Notification, selected candidates will be getting a pay matrix between Level-1 to Level-4. Check the official notification to know post-wise salary details.
